Dear CEI Volunteers, Supporters, Staff, and Board:

You Are Invited, Wanted, and Needed!!

Thursday, May 7 is the closing day of the DELCO Gives fundraising period. As we are currently 76% of our way to raising $25,000 to bring home Clifford the big red van, we are anticipating a great celebration!

On that same day, from 5:00pm – 8:00pm the Foundation for DELCO is hosting a county-wide celebration for all nonprofits who took part in the campaign. There will be lots of food and drink options and live music! Best of all, it’s being held at the WSFS Sportsplex, next to the Philadelphia Union stadium in Chester!

We’re offering this invitation hoping that you might be able to attend, even if for a part of the festivities. It will be a great chance to meet one another, find solidarity in our mission, and meet lots of other amazing volunteer folks from DELCO.

AND, to sweeten the deal – if you can go and are willing to fly our colors – we have acquired a press to make T-shirts. Let’s provide a show of CEI solidarity and all come in our T’s!! All you need do is reach out to Tiffany with your T-shirt size and we’ll have it ready for you by the 7th.

The Community Pride Prize! Gather your staff, volunteers, family, friends, and show us what Delco pride looks like for your organization. Be creative and wear matching shirts, create unique signs & cheers, or bring the most attendees to qualify. The groups that bring the most Delco spirit to the Closing Celebration will be awarded cash prizes at our Closing Celebration at the WSFS Bank Sportsplex.
