This Season at CEI

An older Black man is wearing glasses and a Black Lives Matter t-shirt. He is hugging a young Black girl. The girl is wearing a pink top with Minnie Mouse on it. They are standing in a room full of bags, clothes and shoes.

Greetings accompany some of the latest news from CEI… First, mark you calendars for two upcoming events:

The Annual Harvest Festival
Saturday, October 1112:00pm – 3:00pm
Come and enjoy food, games, information from local service organizations, fresh produce to take home, and help judge pies in our signature pie-baking constest!

A Watch Party: The Philadelphia Eagles v. the New York Giants
Sunday, October 26 Kick-Off at 1:00pm
Come revel in great party food, (somewhat) friendly rivalries, and watch the game on two large screens! All are welcome!

A Message for These Times
Last Sunday Pastor Andy offered a sermon based on a famous Bible passage as related to the large challenges facing CEI.

Read the message here.

…In Their Own Words
As we anticipate our special 40th anniversary annual appeal, we offer two more voices to the chorus of support for CEI’s programs.
